Our 10-day Festival hosts more than 40,000 people a year and spreads out across three cities: Park City, Salt Lake City, and the Sundance Mountain Resort. Each city is separated by a short drive (30 to 75 minutes), so make sure to select your screening tickets in the city where you’ll be located for most of the Festival.
At Bridge Street Property Management, we know that selecting a property management that you can trust and will work hard for you is a difficult decision. If only you could get to know us first?
Now you can, by taking advantage of our
New Customer Discounts
Have a rental property?
We will reduce our commission percentage to 20% for the first 6 months so that you can get to know and trust us. Not only that, we always include the cost of processing the guest’s credit cards, amenities for the unit, and a welcome basket for the guest. Does our competition include those items? After the first 6 months, our standard commission is still only 25%.
Have a second home that you don’t rent out?
We will provide the first 2 months of management without charge! This should give us plenty of time to get to know each other and make sure your property is being taken care of the way YOU want it taken care of. Whether you enjoy your second home 2 weeks out of the year or 6 months out of the year, don’t waste that precious time dealing with grounds crews, housekeepers and service calls.
Need a manager for your HOA?
Sign up for a one year contract and we will provide one month of management for free! It won’t take long to see the Bridge Street difference.
