The building is next to the Fox Bay Clubhouse, which includes a common hot tub, fitness room, pool table and ping pong table. This is a great place to hang out with the kids after a long day of skiing.
The location is just outside of Park City, which offers a great way to save on lodging and focus on the amazing outdoor activities. You can access Deer Valley only 2 miles away, or you can be in Park City in about 10 minutes. The location is also great if you want to try something new like fly fishing on the Provo River (6 miles away), snowmobiling from the Daniels Summit Lodge (30 miles away) or skiing at Sundance (40 miles away).

Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 7% of the total paid. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for No Shows/ Early Checkouts. Approved refunds will be credited within 30 days.
Travel Insurance is available through TravelGuard and may be purchased for 7% of your total, up to 30 days prior to your arrival if you choose coverage. Bridge Street Property Management recommends guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, inclement weather or the potential of a death in the family. Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the rent is required to hold your reservation; the balance (remainder of rent + tax and fees) is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. A reminder email will be sent two days prior to your payment due date.
