Walk to Historic Main Street and the slopes of Park City from Kelly's Place. This remodeled, historic home has retained as much of the original structure and charm as possible, but is well-equipped with modern comforts.

This unique property, located at 839 Woodside Avenue, is a lovingly restored Miner’s home. Located just two blocks from Main Street's restaurants, shopping and nightlife, you can leave the car at the house.

In the summer, ride your bike to nearby trails or take a ride on the Town Lift. In the winter, you are only 100 yards from the Town Ski Bridge, where you can ski or board right down to the Town Lift.

This two bedroom, one bath home has been completely refurbished with all the modern conveniences, while retaining many of the original doors, glass, and hardware. There is a double bed in one bedroom, a queen in the other, and a twin in the loft. You will love the clawfoot tub, fully stocked kitchen and the large, private hot tub out back.

From the time that you send your inquiry to the time you say goodbye to Park City, you will be assisted by a Park City local that can help you out with all the details.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 7% of the total paid. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for No Shows/ Early Checkouts. Approved refunds will be credited within 30 days.

Travel Insurance is available through TravelGuard and may be purchased for 7% of your total, up to 30 days prior to your arrival if you choose coverage. Bridge Street Property Management recommends guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, inclement weather or the potential of a death in the family. For travel insurance coverage information, please contact TravelGuard at 1-800-208-5789 or when calling from abroad please call 1-715-295-5452.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the rent is required to hold your reservation; the balance (remainder of rent + tax and fees) is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. A reminder email will be sent two days prior to your payment due date.

Elizabeth and Brad were a pleasure to deal with during our stay at Kelly’s Place. Thank you for all of your assistance in making our vacation successful!! If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable house for 2-4 people in Old Town, PC, this is it! You absolutely cannot beat this location. We walked right on to the mountain in our ski boots… it took maybe 3 minutes. We walked to the bus stop to get groceries and to see a movie. The walk was about the same distance and the bus ride was simple and short. Every night we walked to Main Street and had dinner, then walked back home. When we come back, we will stay here again. But, we will get a car because we will be trying out Alta and Snowbird in addition to the resorts right in town.

Kelly’s House was beautiful! It truly felt like our own little lodge on the mtn…it was perfect! Walk one block to Town lift…sweet! Had the best New Years ever at The Spur. I absolutely love Park City and will be retuning to Kelly’s House when I do. See you next year…

Sweet spot in Old Town. Absolute charming house. Perfect location to all that Old Town has to offer, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. One minute walk to chair lift. You’ll never have to drive if you don’t want to. Location, location, location… I will definitely be staying here again.

This quirky, charming house had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our stay in PC. The location couldn’t be beat – so close to Main Street and the Town Lift! Susan/Simon were fantastically responsive during our stay and beforehand. I would recommend this place hands-down. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time. The cottage was fantastically central to Main Street and only a short walk to the Town ski lift. We’ll be back.

This was the second year we stayed at the Kelly house for Sundance and it was great! The house is warm and cozy and the location was unbeatable. Just steps to main street and the town lift and everything happening at the festival. We had a great time and will definitely stay at the Kelly house again!
