Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 7% of the total paid. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for No Shows/ Early Checkouts. Approved refunds will be credited within 30 days.
Travel Insurance is available through TravelGuard and may be purchased for 7% of your total, up to 30 days prior to your arrival if you choose coverage. Bridge Street Property Management recommends guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, inclement weather or the potential of a death in the family. Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the rent is required to hold your reservation; the balance (remainder of rent + tax and fees) is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. A reminder email will be sent two days prior to your payment due date.

just stayed there for four days with my daughter. the house is immaculate. it looks like it was just renovated and everything was in perfect shape. it was totally equipped with everything you could want. also, elizabeth – the property manager was amazing. very very helpful, got us discount lift tickets and couldn’t have been nicer. the only thing i could possibly complain about, is the living room furniture (while brand new and very good looking) wasn’t the most comfortable after a day of skiing. all in all, the next time i am going to park city, thats where i’d stay.

I just wanted to thank you very much for our wonderful vacation in Park City, UT. The house played such a big role and it was everything we wanted and more. Everything was perfect thanks to you and your personal touches to the house. The jacuzzi was wonderful and thank you for having that ready and to top everything off the bottle of wine really made us feel so welcome. Both Anthony and I look forward to coming back and staying in the blue bungalow. By the way my entire family loved the house as well and were very jealous 🙂 Thank you again for everything. Awesome bungalow in the heart of Park City
Our family of four stayed at the Blue Bungalow during spring break. The house was exactly as pictured. It was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for our family. The house had everything we needed. It was well stocked with toiletries, paper products, nice towels, kitchen tools, etc. We enjoyed the private hot tub each afternoon after a long day of skiing. The house has a mudroom in the front which was perfect for our ski boots and coats. The location was perfect…within a 5 minute walking distance of main street and the town lift. The property managment company was extremely helpful in assisting us with lift tickets, restaurant recommendations and directions. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Perfect location!
I stayed at this beautiful home during the Sundance Film festival. The home was extremely comfortable and so nicely furnished. The kitchen was great with every possible need. The location could not have been better. I would highly recommend this home for a stay in Park City.

We had a wonderful time. The house was great, the location was amazing and skiing was wonderful (although frigid!) We will definitely be back in the future. We really enjoyed ourselves and you were very helpful. Thanks for helping make our vacation so great.

Location, Location, Location…
This property is all about the location. I enjoyed being very close everything. Walking distance to the lifts, bars, restaurants, etc. Everything was literally within a 5 minute walk. The only thing that we needed to drive to was the supermarket, which downtown Park City does not have. The house was in great shape (newly renovated) and the property mangers were super accommodating with regards to anything we asked. The house is perfect for a family of 2-4 or 2 couples, no more then 4 people in my opinion (six is doable with air mattresses, but would be tight). I would recommend to friends/family or stay again for sure.
