We have recently decided to re-list this spectacular studio unit again for the 2018/2019 ski season. The condo comes with a king bed and a fold out queen sofa and the king bed can be isolated for privacy with two sliding doors. There is a fully stocked kitchen for cooking basic meals and a beautiful granite shower.
The unit is located within the Westgate Park City Resort and Spa at the base of the Canyons Village of Park City. The Westgate has the ideal resort location to provide the perfect ski vacation. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 7% of the total paid. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for No Shows/ Early Checkouts. Approved refunds will be credited within 30 days.
Travel Insurance is available through TravelGuard and may be purchased for 7% of your total, up to 30 days prior to your arrival if you choose coverage. Bridge Street Property Management recommends guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, inclement weather or the potential of a death in the family. Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% of the rent is required to hold your reservation; the balance (remainder of rent + tax and fees) is due 45 days prior to your arrival date. A reminder email will be sent two days prior to your payment due date.
