Your home may be different, but a typical home inspection contract includes:

• Visual check of landscaping
• Visual check of building exterior
• Check of window and door locks
• Running of water through every fixture
• Adjustment of thermostats
• Check of lighting and replace bulbs (in standard locations)
• Visual check of HVAC equipment  and/or mechanical room
• Change of furnace filters (you supply the filters)
• Change of batteries where needed (you supply the batteries)
• Fill water softener salt
• Check internet and/or cable tv operation
• Check car battery chargers
• Lock doors and set alarms upon departure
• Be the first phone call for your alarm monitoring company
• Text message updates 

Our goal is to help you take care of the entire house. As part of your monthly contract, we will help with the following:

• Arrangement annul fire sprinkler inspections
• Arrangement annual backflow tests
• Scheduling of housekeeping
• Access for contractors
• Scheduling of plumbers, electricians, or similar vendors when needed
• Monitoring your landscapers, grounds conditions, or snow removal

We are based out of Heber City, UT and service Wasatch and Summit Counties. This includes Heber City, Midway, Red Ledges, Park City, Promontory, Hideout, and more.

After 30 years in the area and 20 years in property management, we have a great list of trusted and vetted vendors for most projects or problems. 

We only use insured contractors and keep that information on file. 

Cars stored for a long time will be put on a battery charger and we will monitor that. We can also deliver your car to dealerships for service and tire changes, or arrange in-house car detailing.

We do not manage long-term or short-term rentals. Our focus is on clients that have a second home in the area and need help looking after it when they are away.
